Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparation and managing BIM execution plan.
Responsible for development and submission of BIM model in accordance to BIM requirements.
To develop 3D BIM model and make submissions to the Authority using BIM software(Revit or Microstation)
Clash check using BIM model and coordination with project team and consultants.
Prepare coordination meeting and model update based on coordination result

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of BIM experience in building construction
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, M&E, or Architecture or engineering related field.
Proficient in Auto CAD/Revit/BIM software for Archi and Structure MEP
Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations
Managerial position is available for more experienced candidates
