Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end BI solution delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models
- Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines (ETL) using SSIS
- Develop and maintain SSRS reporting solutions and support BI-related .NET integrations
- Define and enforce best practices for data modelling, DAX, performance tuning, and report design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data insights
- Drive innovation through cloud initiatives and AI-enabled analytics (e.g., predictive insights, anomaly detection)
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS)
- Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI features (RLS, incremental refresh, deployment pipelines)
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in performance tuning and query optimization
- Practical experience with .NET (C# preferred) for BI-related development
- Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue or equivalents).
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
- AI / ML Fundamentals (any recognized certification)
