Perform quality checks and ad hoc assessment of SOP and team's product knowledge.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships through personalised advice and attentive service, to foster trust, loyalty and repeat visits.
Demonstrate product usage techniques and skincare routines to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.
Accountable for the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Drive both individual and team success through exceptional service and results.
Understand customers skin concerns and provide professional-grade facial and skin treatments and services to customers based on GLowBar's menu.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships through personalised advice and attentive service, to foster trust, loyalty and repeat visits.
Understand our treatments and products well to educate customers on long-term skincare regimens, to maintain adequacy for best results.
Attend regular trainings to be well versed in all types of treatments, products, spa machines and equipment to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.
Stay ahead with deep knowledge of all types of treatments, products, machines and equipment, technologies.
Keep informed of all promotions offered from time to time, support promotional events and product launches - ensuring engaging customer experiences.
Support the team in opening, closing, and daily set-up or teardown routines.
Ensure cleanliness, organisation and visual appeal of the counter space and treatment rooms.
Ensure stock levels remain adequate and assist with replenishment.
Perform basic administrative tasks as needed.
Represent our brand with pride as a trusted Ambassador of the Company.
Take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.
Who we are looking for:
Possess working experience as a Senior Beauty Advisor.
Passionate about skincare, beauty, and science-backed products and solutions.
Detail-oriented with an aptitude for maintaining a neat, customer-focused environment.
Possess supervisory experience and in leading and managing staff.
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with retail operations is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
