Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service and maintaining EO's unique standards of hospitality.
Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency.
Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar techniques.
Support training and mentoring of junior bartenders and barbacks.
Oversee bar mise en place, cleanliness, and stock control throughout service.
Monitor beverage costs and assist with inventory management.
Uphold strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing EO at events and industry engagements when required.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of professional bartending experience, ideally in high-volume cocktail bars.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology, and premium spirits.
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
Proven leadership abilities and experience in guiding a bar team.
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous learning.
