Job Description

We're Hiring: Senior / Banquet Executive

Creating Moments. Connecting Members. Building Community.

As an Executive, Banquet, you will play an integral role in curating refined banquet and event experiences for our members and guests. Working in close partnership with members, clients, and internal teams, you will support the meticulous planning and seamless execution of events, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed. From initial preparation through to event day delivery, you will help uphold exceptional service standards that reflect the Club's distinguished heritage and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Banquet Operations Assistants on duty and ensure compliance with the Club's service and operational standards.
  • Enforce strict adherence to the Club's quality service standards at all times.
  • Ensure all F&B control procedures are followed, including the proper issuance and documentation of charging chits.
  • Attend promptly to members complaints, operational issues, or service concerns.
  • Take timely and appropriate corrective action to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate directly with relevant teams and oversee the set-up and service delivery of contracted functions.
  • Conduct daily checks of function rooms to ensure readiness, service consistency, and compliance with standards.
  • Support event preparations, including table setup and pre-event arrangements.
  • Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Events, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively and professionally.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant event management tools.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in accordance with event requirements.
