Review adequacy of maintained documents against relevant management standards.
Carry out internal Integrated Management Systems (IMS) audits.
Work with training partners to conduct Awareness Training on ISO IMS on a regular basis, including revisions and updates to the systems.
Guide EM Services companies in documenting and implementation of ISO Management Systems.
Promote recognized principles and techniques of effective management systems.
Plan and coordinate IMS Management Review sessions.
Other duties as assigned from time-to-time based on job requirements.
Qualifications
Degree qualification in Engineering.
Minimum 6-8 years of audit experience. Prior experience in industries such as construction or IFM would be advantageous
Trained as registered Auditor/Lead Auditor of relevant certification schemes.
Experience in process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas.
MUST be familiar with 2 or more ISO management system standards (e.g. Quality Management System - ISO 9001, Environmental Management System - ISO 14001, OH&S Management System - ISO 45001 etc.).
Process improvement oriented (PDCA, Kaizen,6-Sigma, 5-WHYS, Fishbone etc.).
