2.1 Duties of Senior Attractions Hosts
i. Open and close attractions.
ii. Perform duties at assigned deployments within the attractions.
iii. Conduct daily checks to ensure the attraction is maintained and
operating in its best working condition at all times.
iv. Report any defects to the respective Attraction In-Charge and
relevant departments.
v. Lead the team in performing housekeeping schedules and assigned
duties.
vi. Ensure general cleanliness of front-of-house and back-of-house areas
in attraction.
vii. Welcome and provide excellent guest service to all guests
viii. Perform the role of usher or crowd controller at attractions.
ix. Actively participate in the implementation of activities organized at
attractions.
x. Monitor stock level of consumables (e.g. brochures, first aid supplies,
torch lights, batteries, etc.) and initiate replenishment as required.
xi. Ensure operational procedures are consistently adhered to.
xii. Ensure the safety of guests at all times.
xiii. Manage guests during attraction downtime or in emergency
situations.
xiv. Work cohesively with fellow Attractions Host to deliver operational
and service excellence.
xv. Undertake the role of Attraction In-Charge (IC) when necessary.
xvi. Perform any other duties as assigned by MFLG.
