Senior Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition
About the Role
NHG Health is seeking a driven and forward thinking Senior Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our Group HR team.
In this role, you will go beyond transactional recruitment to serve as a strategic talent partner, supporting Group Office in attracting and securing high calibre talent aligned with our healthcare mission. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape workforce plans, strengthen employer branding and build sustainable talent pipelines that support both immediate and long-term organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner hiring leaders and HR colleagues to understand workforce priorities and translate them into targeted recruitment strategies.
- Provide consultative guidance on role scoping, market positioning and sourcing approaches.
- Proactively identify workforce trends and talent risks, recommending interventions to strengthen pipeline sustainability.
Talent Sourcing & Market Engagement
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms, professional networks and industry channels.
- Build and nurture diverse, future ready talent pipelines, including engaging passive candidates.
- Represent NHG at career fairs, industry events and networking sessions to strengthen our employer presence.
End to End Talent Management
- Lead full cycle recruitment, from candidate attraction and assessment to offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Drive structured, fair and robust candidate assessment processes.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience that reflects NHG's values.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Contribute to strengthening NHG's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through storytelling, outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Support cluster level branding initiatives and talent campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
Data, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage recruitment analytics and dashboards to inform decision making and improve hiring effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure adherence to relevant labour laws and internal policies.
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements and TA related projects at the cluster level (e.g., job portal renewals, governance reviews).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
- Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a complex or multi-stakeholder environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
