Senior Associate

I'm looking for a Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) to join my disputes and insolvency team.

Let me be upfront: the work is intense. Think billion-dollar cross-border disputes, complex judicial management, international enforcement, and pre-litigation strategy that actually changes outcomes for clients. It's equal parts fierce advocacy and cool-headed boardroom advisory.

But here's what matters just as much to me: I don't believe in keeping my tricks to myself.

If you join me, you won't be watching from the sidelines. You'll get real court time — lead or deputy-lead counsel exposure early on. You'll be in the room where strategy is shaped, not just handed down. And I'll personally mentor you, sharing what I've learned navigating these high-stakes matters, including the cross-border nuances in China and European markets. I want you to push me as much as I push you — that's how we both get better.

I'm looking for someone with sharp legal instincts, a collaborative spirit, and a good sense of humour (still non-negotiable). You'll be surrounded by a team of people who are thinkers, fighters, and problem-solvers — not ego.

A few practical filters (please read before applying):

· Singapore-qualified, with 3 to 6 years PQE in disputes and/or restructuring.

· Mandarin is advantageous but absolutely not a must.
