Business Recovery Services, Senior Associate

The Business Recovery Services arm of our Advisory practice is a specialist group providing financial/operational restructuring, dispute analysis and forensic investigation services. We help companies in distress with solutions to save their business, with emphasis on rescue procedures to reverse corporate under-performance by rebuilding & restoring value. We also assist clients by providing the necessary accounting, dispute resolution and investigative skills to assist in a fraud/forensic investigation and in the resolution of financial disputes

How will you value-add

As a Senior Associate ,you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

About you

• Recognised Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics and Business Management related fields.
• Minimum 2 years and above of relevant corporate restructuring/insolvency and forensic investigations experience
• Strong project management skills and a good team player
• Highly adaptable, able to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think on your feet.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice is essential.
