Job Description

Position Title: Senior Associate, Supply Chain

Location: Singapore

Your role

Responsible and ensuring the effective execution of procurement processes across multiple regions.

What You'll Do

  • Procurement project specialists
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement procurement strategies for equipment and services.
  • Coordination of equipment delivery timelines in alignment with project schedules and cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Construction).
  • Ensure effective management of the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and act as escalation point for supplier issues.
  • Support supply chain improvements through strategic sourcing, process optimization, and supplier performance management.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and executing supplier contracts and change orders.
  • Track and report supply chain cost savings, comparing actual results against targets.
  • Monitor supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance improvement initiatives to support the Strategic Supplier Management program
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining the P2P process.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance procurement and supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of supply chain cost savings against targets.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Supply Chain & Procurement and data center industry certifications / memberships are desirable.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and supplier consolidation is a plus.
  • Skilled knowledge in procurement of technical products and services
  • Skilled in interpreting, working with and negotiation contracts.
  • Skilled knowledge in financial analysis and problem-solving
