Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global investment management firm in Singapore. This role offers you the chance to work independently on a diverse range client-facing materials, including Client Review Books, New Business Pitch Books, and Monthly Reports. You will be at the heart of content production, collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Editors, Compliance, and Data specialists to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

As a Senior Associate Publishing professional based in Singapore, you will play an integral role in producing impactful client-facing materials that support business development efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing the end-to-end production process for key documents such as review books and pitch presentations. You will draw upon your strong analytical mindset to collate data from various sources, ensuring each piece is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.

What youll do:

  • Independently produce a wide variety of standard and bespoke presentation materials for clients and prospects, including Client Review Books, New Business Pitch Books, and Monthly Reports.
  • Collate data from multiple sources and leverage product as well as market knowledge to create accurate materials under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Results, Investment Product Group, Marketing, Editors, Compliance, and Data teams to facilitate seamless production of high-quality content.
  • Edit and update new data in presentation materials by gathering information from industry-related online sources, proprietary systems, or subject matter experts.
  • Review all materials for accuracy and escalate any discrepancies or inaccuracies to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Proofread team members materials to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards set by department leadership.

What you bring:

  • At least five years of experience in desktop publishing within the finance industry is required to ensure familiarity with sector-specific requirements.
  • A bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field provides the foundational knowledge necessary for success in this role.
  • Excellent command of MS Office applicationsparticularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excelis essential for creating polished presentation proficiency in Adobe InDesign is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively under tight deadlines shows your organisational strength.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with resilience enable you to cope with pressure while delivering high-quality results consistently.
  • A client-focused approach ensures meticulous attention to detail when identifying areas where value can be added through published content.
  • A positive attitude combined with receptiveness to feedback fosters a supportive team environment where everyone can thrive together.
  • Proven project management abilities allow you to lead initiatives across multiple teams while displaying sound judgment when resolving moderately complex issues.
  • A quick learner who maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry concepts and regulatory standards demonstrates commitment to ongoing professional development.
