Senior Associate, Product Operations

Job Description

1. Conduct user research, focus groups, and interviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of the player base in the India market, while monitoring user pain points and working with internal teams to address them

2. Identify and address issues related to product performance or gameplay through tracking in-game product-related metrics, specifically for a gaming product in the India market

3. Propose and evaluate new feature ideas, ensuring they are in line with player preferences and improve the gaming experience

4. Ensure smooth live operations by working closely with the QA, configuration, and anti-hack teams

5. Partner with global teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of patch updates and new feature rollouts

6. Oversee the localization and quality assurance (LQA) process for in-game content to ensure high-quality translations for the India market

7. Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of player inquiries and issues by managing customer support operations for the India market

This position may be available as a contract or permanent role, depending on business needs at the time of hiring, and is subject to approval of the necessary work authorization by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (if applicable). This position may involve the possibility of relocating to India for a long-term assignment in the future.

Job Responsibility

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance, business, engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 4 years of relevant full-time working experience in product operations and management, live operations, or equivalent, preferably from the gaming industry

3. Ability to analyze in-game metrics, optimize gameplay features based on insights and make data-driven decisions

4. Experience working directly with Indian stakeholders and exposure to consumer preferences for local users in India is a plus

5. Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders

6. Passionate about games with a deep understanding about gaming ecosystem

7. Open to the possibility of relocating to India for a long-term assignment in the future, subjected to business needs
