Senior Associate/Manager (Investor Education) - Global Financial Exchange
We're hiring a markets professional with real trading experience and a passion for investor education to help expand a global derivatives education platform across Asia-Pacific.
This role blends capital markets expertise, teaching, and regional strategy. You'll translate complex derivatives and risk concepts into clear, engaging, and locally relevant education for retail and institutional audiences.
This is ideal for an Equity Derivatives Trader or Structurer who is looking to pivot into an education role.
What you'll do
- Deliver live and virtual derivatives education across APAC
- Localise and translate global content for regional learners
- Create and adapt evergreen educational materials and case studies
- Simplify complex concepts into practical, real-world examples
- Build and manage an APAC adjunct faculty network
- Track market trends, regulation, and investor behaviour to keep content relevant
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years in financial markets, ideally with equity derivatives trading exposure
- Strong communicator and confident presenter
- Fluent in English and at least one APAC language (i.e. Mandarin) to liaise with external stakeholders
- Passionate about education and knowledge sharing
- Organised, collaborative, and comfortable working across regions
