Job Description

Our client, an investment management providing expertise in both active and alternative strategies globally, is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst (Senior Associate/Manager level) to join their established organization headquartered in Singapore.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the design and execution of the Group's people agenda with a primary focus on compensation / total rewards across their entities. This role is open to candidates with compensation/rewards, consulting or non HR background with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Support endtoend activities for annual compensation review, from setting timelines, tracking of progress reports, preparing presentation and communication materials
  • Design, review and refine compensation plans and frameworks across entities to ensure alignment with the firm's strategy
  • Drive and coordinate the market benchmarking exercises using external survey databases (e.g. McLagan)
  • Guide managers and HRBP in terms of rewards practice to ensure alignment within the Group
  • Support the annual budget process and draft & review compensation-related HR policies and guidelines
  • Design and produce reports and dashboards for HRBP and management review
  • Work with external vendors for timely payroll payment

Key Requirements & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant compensation / rewards experience.
  • Prior exposure to asset management, banking or other financial institutions is an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable working with spreadsheets and large data sets, and experience working with Excelbased templates and data reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a structured and organized working style with the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
  • Proactive and resourceful, and comfortable working with incomplete data and ambiguity and able to navigate and find solutions
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive HR and compensation information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
