Job Description
We're looking for a Paralegal to join our in-house Legal team, supporting contract administration, legal operations, and intellectual property matters across a global organisation.
This role combines contract drafting and administration, approvals, execution, records management, and legal department support, alongside the management of the company's trademark and patent portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external law firms to ensure legal and IP matters are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer contracts using approved templates
- Coordinate contract approvals, execution, and records management
- Manage legal documentation, invoices, and legal operations processes
- Support trademark and patent filings, renewals, watch notices, and enforcement matters
- Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal and IP matters
Requirements
- Diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent
- Experience in paralegal, legal operations, or contract administration roles
- Hands-on experience supporting trademarks and patents is required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
