Senior Associate,Investor Relations Real Estate
A leading global investment platform is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Investor Relations team in Singapore. This position offers broad exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to support a fast-growing Asia-focused real estate platform.The role sits within a high-performing IR function that partners closely with investment, asset management, finance, legal and compliance teams across multiple regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting capital-raising activities, managing institutional investor relationships, and delivering high-quality client materials.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and prepare client-facing materials for regional real estate funds and mandates.
- Drive consistent messaging across presentations, factsheets, reports, and other marketing collateral.
- Support business development initiatives, including due diligence processes, investor meetings, and client retention efforts.
- Produce pitchbooks, presentations, and materials for conferences and industry events.
- Assist with investor reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting standards.
- Coordinate and contribute to RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, and consultant database updates.
- Respond to investor and internal stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organise and support investor days, operational due diligence sessions, and related activities.
- Capture meeting notes and maintain CRM data (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems).
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 3 years experience in institutional client service, investor relations, product management, or a related role.
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to manage and interpret complex data.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Background in real estate, private markets, investments, or financial services.
- Experience with RFPs, DDQs, consultant databases, and institutional onboarding.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Relevant degree or professional qualifications.
