The Team Our highly respected Infrastructure & Capital Projects (A&M INFRA) team is built on deep industry sector expertise with a demonstrably differentiated ability to address the most complex problems facing our public and private sector clients. Our multi-disciplinary team solves high-stakes issues for our clients across the capital project and infrastructure deal lifecycles. We are focused on improving outcomes on capital projects, mitigating risks and protecting value by reducing the level of uncertainty associated with the development, delivery and operation of programmes and projects. We combine strategic and operational expertise with a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and operators to drive value improvements across the end-to-end infrastructure life-cycle covering:
1. Capital Strategy, Capital Efficiency & Portfolio Value Creation
2. Deal Advisory & Due-Diligence
3. Project Development / Business Case
4. Procurement Advisory
5. Project Delivery & Construction Advisory (incl. Disputes)
6. Transition to Operations
7. Asset Management & Optimisation
A&M INFRA is further expanding in Southeast Asia, and we are looking to recruit Senior Associates to join our fast-growing Singapore-based practice with a specific focus on the Energy and Renewables sector. Working alongside some of the industry's brightest minds and most experienced colleagues, you will have an active role in the development and execution of client assignments and contributing to our success. As a member of the team, you can expect responsibility for delivering assignments to clients involved in complex energy infrastructure and capital projects. Such assignments range from helping clients set up programmes through to delivery of projects, transformations and turnarounds through outcome-focused advice and support. You will support business development activities, support strategies, manage projects and client relationships, and the development of earlier-in-career team members. Reporting to senior leadership, you will help ensure with paramount importance that we deliver timely and quality advice to our clients.
How you will contribute
1. Lead the execution of work fronts with authority, identifying improvement initiatives and playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.
2. Lead meetings and presentations with both client and A&M's managerial and executive levels, conveying confidence and mastery of the topics discussed.
3. Respond promptly to project demands and anticipate critical actions for the success of initiatives.
4. Engage in various projects, collaborating with multiple colleagues and clients across a variety of sectors and functional areas.
5. Facilitate effective collaborations between leadership, achieving alignments and producing outcomes that serve the interests of all stakeholders.
6. Contribute to practice development by supporting product and/or industry development.
7. Develop and grow the accounts currently involved with, identifying opportunities and work alongside leadership to translate them into business.
8. Serve as a bridge between staff and leadership for culture dissemination and conflict management.
9. Coordinate and ensure compliance with administrative matters (Scheduling, Sales Spreadsheet, Collections, etc.).
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of professional background in Engineering, Project Management, or Consultancy within the Energy sector.
2. Deep sector expertise in Renewable Energy (Solar, BESS, Wind, Offshore Wind), Transmission & Distribution (T&D), and Hydrogen/Storage mediums.
3. Proven experience working across the investment value chain, including Transaction support, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility, and Design phases.
4. Proven experience in managing complex projects in a multicultural and corporate environment.
5. Postgraduate degree in project management and/or administration or finance is a plus.
6. Have worked on modelling tools - PVsyst, Homer, PSSE, Digisilent, Plexos
7. Certification in project management from recognized entities (e.g., AACE, PMI, etc.).
8. Strong written and oral communication skills.
9. Willingness to travel.
