You will support the daily operations of population health initiatives in North-Eastern Singapore, particularly in the Sengkang and Punggol regions. This includes coordination of meetings and case discussions, support for the department's annual work plan and budget submissions, invoice management, report preparation, and inventory management. You will also perform secretariat duties, handle procurement-related matters, and participate in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organisational skills, meticulous and highly adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision
