Job Description:

  • Deliver service with empathy, professionalism, and a patient‑centric approach

  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with internal stakeholders

  • Demonstrate good time management across assigned tasks

  • Manage requestors expectations during service delays or disruptions

  • Adhere strictly to confidentiality and PDPA requirements

  • Ensure workstation is clean, organised, and operationally ready for the next staff

  • Assist requestors with applications for medical reports and related enquiries

  • Verify application details and identify the appropriate type of request

  • Acknowledge receipt and record eligible applications accurately in the database

  • Provide supporting medical records for doctors reference

  • Monitor and track progress of requests and update requestors accordingly

  • Liaise with relevant departments and obtain doctor‑in‑charge approval for report release

  • Ensure secure and timely delivery of medical reports

  • Plan, prioritise, and complete assigned requests and tasks

  • Transcribe medical report drafts and ensure report completeness

  • Generate invoices for each medical report application

  • Perform daily settlement and consolidation of cashier functions

  • Prepare billing request forms for external institutions

  • Generate payment lists for processed medical reports

  • Comply with infection control standards, including mask fitting, hand hygiene, and workstation cleaning

  • Ensure proper PDPA practices at the workplace and when working from home

  • Manage procurement and distribution of stationery and ensure adequate stock

  • Plan daily and weekly duty rosters and manage unforeseen absenteeism

  • Provide operational guidance and support to team members

  • Assist with onboarding of new staff, including system and account access

  • Support staff induction and on‑the‑job training programmes

  • Provide constructive feedback to improve work processes

  • Implement or lead service improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma

  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience

  • Candidates with supervisory experience may be considered for a senior role
