Responsibilities
. Responsible for achieving sales target set bythe company
. Reporting of daily sales report
. Maintaining and build good rapport withcustomers
. Maintain and ensure timely replenishment ofstocks
. Train and mentor new staff
. Monthly stock take
. Scheduling of staff duty
. Work with HR on all staffing related mattersincluding recruitment, staff issues, probation
. Handle incoming emails
. Maintenance of store cleanliness
. Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
. At least 2 year(s) of working relevantexperience in F&B Industry
. Able to communicate effectively in English andMandarin
. Able to work independent or as a team
. Have initiative, good attitude and keen to learn
. Good interpersonal, communication Skilled
. Exceptional organization, strategic planning andleadership skills
. Able to work retail operating hours includingweekends and public holidays
