Your Job:

  • Responsible for combination of process and equipment engineering supporting production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
  • . Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release
  • . Create, analyze and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity)
  • . Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variations for better tool matching
  • . Identify chronic issues, establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution
  • . Work with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs
  • . Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity


Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITE Hi-Nitec (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical)

  • Minimum 2years working experience in electronic production environment- preferably from wafer fab and with basic equipment & process knowledge and with an eye for detail

  • Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift

  • MS Office literate

  • SPC knowledge
