Introduction
In this role you will assist engineers in device development. Responsible to optimize and develop device and processes to lead to device characterization. In addition, you will help to maintain the lab tools in a good conditions.


Your Job

  • Wafer Probing & Handling: Set up and operate semi-automatic or automatic wafer probers (e.g., handling wafer loading, alignment, temperature chuck control and recipe creation).
  • Electrical Characterization: Perform DC/AC bench measurements (IV, CV, pulse testing) using SMUs, LCR meters, Pulse generators and electromagnets.

  • Advanced Characterization: setup complex measurement routines for device reliability or matching studies.
  • Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis (JMP, and Excel) to identify trends and outliers.
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain test scripts (LabVIEW) to automate measurement sequences and equipment control.
  • Data Management: Extract in-line electrical test (e-test) data, perform first-level data validity checks, and upload results to the engineering database.
  • Logistics & Reporting: Track lot movement (WIP), document process experiments, and generate yield/performance reports for engineering review.
  • Lab Maintenance: Assist in the calibration and basic troubleshooting of lab equipment and probe cards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to lab safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during equipment handling proactively support preventive maintenance schedules and execute corrective actions to resolve equipment errors or process deviations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Field of specialization: Microelectronics (preferred)

  • fresh graduate or 3 yrs of relevant experience in similar role

Other Essential Attributes

  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel (preferably including macros) and Word

  • Conscientious, accurate and organized

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
