Senior Associate Engineer / Associate Engineer- Thin Film CMP Process

Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure process readiness and worthiness for production.

Job Responsibilities:

. Follow SOP and carry out OCAP/OI as per specification
. Execute good disposition of lots in the line on thin film CMP tools
. Obtain data for lots affected by tool faults for disposition to minimize the held time for the lots. Always use SOP/CAS in lots disposition.
. Troubleshoot process related issues. Provide detailed and accurate passdown of lot disposition details.

. Ensure data completion for all information required to be filled up by Operators, Technician/AE part
. Analyze SPC charts using ViewChart. Respond to all SPC rules and follow OCAP correctly. Know basic annotation and achieve quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC/OOS points.
. Setup and troubleshoot issues in recipes/job files in all metrology tools within the Module. Do regular housekeeping of production job files.
. Assist Engineers in the qualification and fine tune of new processes and new equipment for production.
. Participate in Module CIT programs to improve quality and productivity of the Module.
. Constantly monitor and feedback process issues to Engineers for further improvement.
. Coordinate with Manufacturing to ensure that work is carried out according to SOP to meet Module objectives.
. Ensure and follow good housekeeping and safety practice when works in the FAB or in the office area.
. Assist new Technician / AE on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy.

Job Requirement:

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Willing to learn and take 12 hours shift arrangement.
