Ability to perform first level investigation out of control situation and line excursions, abnormal lot/tool judgement due to inline OOC and OOS from SPC Chart.
Process condition optimization.
Work closely with equipment and production to ensure key module objectives are met.
Evaluation to improve process margin.
Cost reduction projects.
Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel.
Analyze different types of defects and provide clear problem description with maintenance counterparts on troubleshooting.
Job requirement:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Chemistry/Microelectronics/Engineering or equivalent.
Relevant working experience in Photo Process semiconductor front-end industry
Willing to work in cleanroom environment.
Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
An excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
