Assistant Workshop Manager

• Position: Assistant Technical Service Manager

• Location: Sin Ming

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,700 + AWS + Variable Bonus (1-2 months) + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the taxi fleet is properly maintained, problem free and maximum availability to ply the road for fares

• Ensure good customer experience when our drivers visit the workshop for preventive and corrective maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve vehicular problems and other in-vehicle equipment

• Monitor and ensure the workshop repair turnaround time, including preventive, corrective maintenance as well as accident repair, is within the given KPI and kept to a minimal

• Participate in investigation of vehicle related mechanical and electrical incidents and pull up investigation finding report

• Manage and prepare budgets, inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

• Prepare monthly management reporting

• Manage and maintain the technical systems including GPS, communication systems, and other onboard technology

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Knowledge of vehicular systems, mechanical, electrical and electronic

• Proficient in MS Office applications and data analytic tool

• Possess Class 3 driving license
