Eisen Partners is a Global Markets focused executive search firm. Our office is based out of CBD and we cover a wide range of clients across Asia Pacific including Banks, Hedge Funds etc.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's Director across the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients and candidates in the Fixed Income Global Markets space. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and screening potential candidates, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. You will assist in identifying talent across industries, conducting market research, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates.
• Manage and update candidate and client databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and talent pools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and software is a plus.
