Senior Associate, Credit Operations (SME Financing)

• Position : Senior Associate, Credit Operations (SME Financing)

• Location : Sin Ming Drive

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Open to Discuss + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave + Dental & Health Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare borrower credit reviews

• Manage facility variations, account maintenance, and non-standard approvals

• Lead end-to-end documentation for real estate financing transactions

• Liaise with borrowers, banks, lawyers, valuers, insurers, and internal teams

• Monitor covenants, compliance, and post-drawdown requirements

• Safekeep facility and security documents manage collateral release and discharge

• Track loan repayments, interest accruals, and fee income

• Prepare accounting entries and issue interest and fee invoices

• Support invoicing and documentation submissions to financial institutions

• Maintain portfolio monitoring and reporting processes

• Follow up on repayments and manage collection matters

• Support restructuring and workout of distressed accounts

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial banking, SME financing, or credit operations

• Strong hands-on experience in credit administration and financing documentation

• Solid understanding of financing structures and real estate-backed transactions

• Comfortable engaging lawyers, valuers, regulators, and other external stakeholders

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
