ZICO Capital is a specialised independent provider of corporate finance and capital markets advisory for private and public-listed companies in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced and competent individual to join our corporate finance team.
Job Description
- Support the execution of IPOs and corporate finance and capital markets transactions including mergers and acquisitions
- Support a repertoire of corporate actions undertaken by listed issuers, including take-private or general offers, independent financial adviser opinions, financial advisory transactions involving major acquisitions or disposals, or corporate restructuring or fundraising activities
- Assist in deal origination and business development initiatives by preparing pitch presentations and financial models
- Support transaction due diligence, documentation and any other related duties
- Support and undertake rigorous financial analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations
- Prepare and review of documents to be submitted to the regulatory authorities or released by listed issuers and advise on corporate actions, in respect of compliance with listing requirements of the Singapore Exchange
- Liaise with clients and professional parties towards a smooth and successful completion of transactions
- Liaise with regulatory authorities with regards to listing and regulatory matters of the issuers
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business related fields
- Highly numerate with strong business acumen and highly detail oriented
- Preferably with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, with keen competencies in financial and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Securities & Futures Act, SGX Listing Manual, Companies Act
- Meticulous, analytical and driven, with passion for transaction advisory
- Strong valuation knowledge (particularly discounted cash flow) and strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Strong bias for action, adept at client-facing and high-touch advisory engagements
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Strong ability to support multifaceted client and advisory requirements, and cross-functional workstreams
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
