Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliations to balance our cash and positions against prime brokers.
• Process the incoming corporate actions events to reflect correctly for our clients and clearer accounts
• Process and handle our Regulatory Reporting. Respond enquiries from clients and Regulatory bodies.
• Handle our cash collateral management processes with our prime brokers per ISDA/CSA. Ensure we meet the regulatory requirements for our Segregated funds.
• Work with the team to handle our daily operational processes. Investigate and respond to any enquiries from clients, external parties and other internal departments
• Work with our developers to handle assigned projects and resolve technical/operational issues for the team
• Communicate and work with our external vendors closely to achieve streamlined operations
• To take immediate ownership and respond accordingly should there be any complaints. To quickly escalate to Superior for review and rectifications.
• Build and maintain VBA modules for automating our daily BAU tasks.
• Support and assist Superiors on daily issues

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Above 5 years of working experience in Financial Markets Operations, preferably in OTC Derivatives.
• A dynamic and spontaneous individual who is passionate about Trading lifecycle-operational support.
• Strong project management skills
• Meticulous and with good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and display strong initiative and resourceful
• Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
• Well verse with Microsoft Office and be able to program using VBA
• Process-oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible to work early hours or after hours due to need to have cover post trade processing cycle
