Role Overview:
The BPIA function serves as a second-line oversight function across the investment lifecycle — from pre-investment integrity due diligence to post-investment governance strengthening and firm-wide compliance. BPIA reports directly to the CEO and supports the General Partner's compliance obligations to institutional Limited Partners (LPs).
Creador is seeking a Senior Associate, Compliance & Governance that will own and execute Creador's compliance programme — specifically AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC), and LP compliance obligations — across the firm and its portfolio companies. The role also provides oversight of Creador's outsourced Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) consultant.
What Makes This Role Unique:
Not a typical compliance desk job — you will work across the full investment lifecycle, from pre-deal screening to post-investment governance building to LP reporting for a PE fund with institutional investors.
You fill a critical gap. The BPIA team has deep audit and accounting expertise. You bring the compliance lens — AML, sanctions, ABAC, regulatory, compliance — that the team currently needs.
Regional exposure across Malaysia, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Vietnam portfolio companies at various stages of governance maturity.
Build something. You will shape and operationalise compliance programmes, not just maintain them.
