SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Our client is a Japanese leading global Private Equity buyout funds currently hiring a Senior Associate, Private Equity in Singapore due to sustained growth within the firm.

Responsibilities

. Manage private equity pre-deal due diligence projects including investment thesis support to clients, primary research campaigns, and analytical model development

. Manage private equity post-deal value creation project including turnarounds, cost-outs, growth assessments, organizational design, and related engagements

. Support senior staff with client development work related to pre- and post-deal transaction work

. Generate business leads, engage in practice development, marketing and selling efforts

Requirement

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field

. Relevant experience in private equity industry

. Strong communications and presentation abilities

. Self-motivated, organised and disciplined in managing workflows with excellent attention to detail

. Excellent verbal and written ability in English

. Communication with Japan office. Business level proficiency in Japanese is essential
