We are a boutique firm specialising in customised communications and investor relations services for both publicly listed companies and privately held businesses. Our goal is to enhance our clients visibility and present them positively to the media and investment community through the strategic execution of tailored campaigns, messaging, and positioning.

We provide strategic counsel to help our clients achieve their communication objectives and stay top of mind with their target audiences. We actively engage with media and investors, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. Our work supports various corporate activities, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, financial reporting, fundraising, marketing campaigns, and other events focused on investor and media engagement.

We are seeking a cheerful go-getter with a flair for creative writing. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, be resourceful and eager to learn, and possess strong people engagement skills. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including public relations, investor relations, corporate communications, journalism, marketing, and equity research. While 3-5 years of experience is preferred. An understanding of financial statements is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Description:

-Client Servicing: Provide strategic media and investor relations counsel.

- Writing: Create press releases, annual reports (including chairperson/CEO messages), prepare talking points for media interviews, and develop positioning statements and key messages.

- Project Management: Manage projects related to annual reports, initial public offerings, financial transactions, and crisis communications management.
