Job Description

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Workplace Innovation
    Support A.STARs vision of creating a future-ready workplace by implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Identify Gaps & Develop Solutions
    Analyse current processes and infrastructure, propose initiatives to address gaps, and enable scalable, sustainable solutions across A.STAR sites.
  • Assess Emerging Technologies
    Evaluate smart office systems, IoT sensors, digital booking platforms, and other innovations. Build networks with solution providers, contractors, and research partners.
  • Project Management
    Scope, administer, and manage projects related to digital projects and initiatives for the purpose of enhancing space planning, asset management, and workplace enablement. Oversee project progress, monitor outcomes, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Communications & Engagement
    Plan and support internal communications, workshops and within the division to build awareness and encourage adoption of new workplace/digital solutions.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in project management, digital workplace transformation, or strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies for smart offices and digital workplace solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/automation-related projects, with experience in benefits realisation and change management
  • Strong understanding of GenAI, process re-engineering and operational excellence frameworks
  • Project Management: Be able to plan and deliver cross functional initiatives using strong project management and organisational skills
  • Analytical Acumen: Skilled at interpreting data to derive insights from multiple datasets and unstructured information flowing in from various channels to drive business decisions and prioritisation
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage ambiguity, anticipate likely points of controversy, escalate as appropriate, and devise next step actions towards end outcome to create impact
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project and Powerpoint)
