The Opportunity
At the intersection of commerce and technology, our pricing is the heartbeat of our competitive strategy. We are looking for an analyst who views data not just as rows in a table, but as the key to unlocking market dominance.
In this role, you won't just fix datayou will be the bridge between real-world business dynamics and our R&D pipeline. You will own the integrity of our market intelligence, ensuring our commercial decisions are backed by a foundation of rock-solid, high-fidelity data.
What You Will Do
- Architect the Feedback Loop: Act as the strategic link between Business Ops and R&D. You'll translate complex data quality nuances into precise technical requirements to evolve our automation.
- Investigate & Solve: Dive deep into data discrepancies to diagnose root causes. Aim to build permanent solutions.
- Visibility & Impact: Own the Data Health Dashboard. You'll track and report on product coverage and accuracy, making the health of our foundation visible to leadership.
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on the market by ensuring our competitive data is fresh, complete, and actionable across all platforms.
- Strategic Matching: Lead the process of matching our inventory with the global market, ensuring our price comparisons are commercially meaningful and like-for-like.
Experience
What You Bring
- 2-4 years in a data operations, analytics, or technical operations role within travel-tech, e-commerce, or a data-intensive industry
- Exposure to competitive intelligence, pricing analytics, or product matching is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with the car services, experiences segment or major OTA platforms is a plus
Skills
- SQL proficient you pull, validate, and investigate data daily without depending on an engineer
- Analytically rigorous You have a trust, but verify mindset. You're naturally curious and always look twice at the data to ensure its validity
- Structured Communication**:** You can take a messy data problem and explain it simply and precisely to an engineer or a business stakeholder.
- Commercial Intuition**:** You understand that not all data points are created equal. You prioritize issues that move the needle on revenue and customer experience
- Proactive Mindset: You prefer building smoke detectors to fighting fires. You're driven to automate the routine so you can focus on the strategic
