Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of WSH programmes
- Liaise with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) coordinators from various offices/departments on EHS initiatives and reporting
- Partner with Services Planning team on design-for-safety initiatives and oversee safety aspects of construction site activities, including review of risk assessments and permits to work
- Maintain EGH's risk registry and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Assist in the planning and delivery of in-house WSH training and promotion activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience in monitoring WSH practices, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety/health management systems preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders across a multi-generational workforce
