Job Description

  • Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, developing long-term sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and meet company staffing needs.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, define hiring plans, and analyze metrics.

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, including writing job descriptions and coordinating with hiring managers.

  • Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to build talent pipelines and boost the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the negotiation of job offers.

Requirments

  • Degree in Human Resource or any relevant cerifications

  • Candidates with healthcare industry experince prefered
