Job Responsibilities:
- Manage planning, execution, and coordination of assigned research programmes and projects
- Track project timelines, milestones, and organise review meetings with stakeholders
- Manage research funding, budget tracking, and related administrative processes
- Support grant applications, claims, and documentation processes
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders
- Assist investigators with research administration including ethics submissions and agreements
- Support participant recruitment, consent taking, and handling study-related queries
- Ensure proper maintenance of study records in compliance with research protocols and regulations
- Manage research data including data extraction, cleaning, and tracking
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Support organisational research initiatives, events, and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in clinical or research environment
- Experience in clinical research coordination or project management is an advantage
- Familiar with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), research ethics, and regulatory requirements
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
