Job Description

Brief Summary

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to enhance workforce effectiveness through collaboration with key stakeholders. This role focuses on driving HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders in projecting manpower needs and reviewing hiring requests. Work alongside the HR Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted recruitment strategies matching manpower plans. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including outreach events, interviews, selections, and onboarding for new staff. Oversee HR operations to ensure efficiency for staff members. Provide expert advice on the interpretation of HR policies and relevant legislation. Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to review policies and ensure compliance with regulations. Continuously assess and enhance HR workflow processes and procedures. Coordinate annual promotion and appraisal exercises in collaboration with relevant leads. Assist in talent identification and succession planning in partnership with talent management teams. Analyse attrition trends and conduct exit interviews to pinpoint critical retention issues. Offer advisory support on disciplinary matters and resolve grievances. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to plan and deliver staff training programs, promoting continuous learning. Undertake additional projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering with a proven track record. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster positive stakeholder relationships. Team-oriented with a high level of initiative and independence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
