As a Senior Assistant Manager, Horticulture, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement horticultural maintenance programmes for assigned sites.

• Conduct plant health inspections and recommend treatments for pests, diseases, and deficiencies.

• Supervise landscape maintenance teams and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Select suitable plant species based on site conditions and project requirements.

• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and inventory records.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on horticultural matters.

• Ensure compliance with NParks regulations and local standards.

• Monitor irrigation systems and support landscape improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in in Horticulture, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management or related field

• Possess Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH) will be an advantage

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
