Senior / Assistant Manager, Horticulture#HHLT

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and oversee horticultural maintenance programmes for assigned sites

Conduct plant health assessments and recommend treatments for diseases, pests, or deficiencies

Manage landscape maintenance teams and contractors to ensure daily operational standards

Select appropriate plant species based on site, soil, climate, and design requirements

Prepare horticultural reports, maintenance schedules, and inventory records

Liaise with landscape contractors, consultants, and authorities on horticultural matters

Ensure compliance with NParks regulations and local landscape standards

Monitor irrigation systems and soil conditions to support healthy plant growth

Drive landscaping improvement projects and sustainability initiatives

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Horticulture or related field

Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH)

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant horticulture or landscaping experience

Strong knowledge of tropical plants, soil science, and pest management

Familiar with NParks guidelines and Singapore landscape standards

Good problem-solving skills able to work independently and in a team
