Senior/ Assistant Manager, Finance Analytics (2 Years Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Support Finance Analytics projects related to Healthcare.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Finance Database
• Apply advanced statistical modelling, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to derive insights from data.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
• Evaluate data management, data quality and data gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Present financial data insights to key stakeholders
• Support automation and streamlining of financial reporting processes

Job Requirements

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Analytics
• At least 2 years of relevant data science experience in an established organisation
• Proficient in at least one of the statistical tools/language (R, SAS, STATA).
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Oracle OBIEE, Tableau tools.
• Experience creating and managing Database
• Resourceful, independent, meticulous, strong analytical mind and eye for detail
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Proactive and good team player
• Experience in healthcare industry, management accounting or data analytics is an added advantage
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
