Job Description

The role will support a digital health workstream under the Singapore Medical Foundation AI Model Programme (SIMFONI), a national initiative aimed at accelerating AI-driven solutions within Singapore's public healthcare system.

This role will support the product development and delivery of a CDSS workstream within Singapore's public healthcare system, focusing on requirements gathering, rule-based clinical logic, system development support, user acceptance testing, and proof-of-concept pilot implementation in polyclinics.

The role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and programme teams, including MOHT, public healthcare institutions, clinicians, developers, engineers, and data teams, to support the translation of requirements into implementable product features and deployment plans.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive end-to-end delivery of the CDSS workstream across the product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation and deployment
  2. Facilitate and coordinate cross-cluster workgroups and stakeholder discussions involving public healthcare institutions and MOHT
  3. Gather, analyse, and document clinical, operational, and functional requirements, including rule-based clinical logic
  4. Translate requirements into structured product specifications, workflows, use cases, test scenarios, and implementation plans
  5. Work closely with developers, engineers, and data teams to clarify requirements, track development progress, and ensure timely delivery of system features
  6. Manage dependencies, issues, and action items across stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
  7. Work with MOHT and technical teams to coordinate integration with national healthcare systems (e.g. NGEMR, NeHR, data platforms), including tracking requirements, timelines, and dependencies
  8. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination with users, validation of outputs, issue tracking, and sign-off
  9. Develop and execute implementation plans for proof-of-concept (POC) pilot deployments in polyclinics, including coordination with site stakeholders
  10. Support deployment activities, including preparation of user guides, workflows, and training materials
  11. Monitor system performance and gather feedback from clinical users and pilot sites, and support iterative improvements
  12. Prepare reports, documentation, and materials for project updates and governance discussions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
  • At least 4-8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, product development, system implementation, or digital health delivery
  • Prior experience in public healthcare, healthcare IT, or clinical operations is advantageous
  • Strong experience supporting end-to-end system or product delivery
  • Experience working with developers, engineers, data teams, or technical vendors
  • Ability to understand clinical workflows and terminology, and translate these into functional or product requirements
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment involving clinical, operational, technical, and programme teams.
