Overview

Drive the clinical-operations workflow integration, adoption, and scaling of AI use cases across NUHS institutions. This role ensures that AI projects transition successfully from proof-of-concept to real operational value by supporting workflow redesign, process integration, benefit realisation, and frontline adoption.

Job Requirements

Workflow Integration & Change

  • Successful integration of AI tools into clinical and operational pathways
  • Mapping of current-state vs future-state workflows
  • Alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Adoption, Implementation & Scaling


  • Successful piloting and scaling of AI initiatives
  • Completion of user onboarding and adoption cycles
  • Development and refinement of implementation playbooks
  • Integration of AI capabilities into workforce planning and care models

Benefits Realisation & KPIs


  • Validated benefit cases across clinical efficiency, safety, throughput, and staff time saved
  • Defined and tracked adoption and usage metrics
  • Timely and accurate reporting to Programme Management Office (PMO) for AI portfolio oversight

Stakeholder Management & Governance


  • Effective coordination across clinical leaders, project owners, IT teams, and innovation offices
  • Regular structured updates to AI Governance Forums and IT Funding forums
  • Positive feedback from senior clinical, digital, and operational leaders on change management and adoption support

Job Requirements


  • Degree in healthcare, business, informatics, operations, or related field.
  • 48 years of experience in healthcare operations, transformation, digital health, or service redesign.
  • Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
  • Comfortable engaging clinicians, nurses, ops staff.
  • Experience in project management or process redesign preferred.
  • Comfortable with working in a team within a matrix organization and able to work respectfully with individuals and groups from different cultures
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Positive work attitude, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
