Responsibilities
Strategy development and business planning
- Conceptualize, plan and manage and execute strategic projects
- Support sector initiatives related to budgeting, vendor engagement, workforce planning, and governance
Project management and business transformation
- Track and lead projects / initiatives with key stakeholders to deliver intended results
- Proactive in anticipating and resolving issues to ensure tasks are executed in a timely manner
- Document and follow through on action items, decisions and cross-functional alignment
Reporting and data analytics
- Deliver insights on market competition / regulatory landscape and key trends
- Compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and develop action plans for improvement
- Preparation of management reports for management and board meetings
Communication and engagements
- Plan and maintain Technology event calendar as well as organize townhalls, team building meetings
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials, briefing packs, and narratives
- Draft clear, structured content for internal communication channels, including sector updates, leadership messages, and townhall materials.
Continuous process improvements
- Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvements in processes / systems / policies
Requirements
- A good Degree with at 3 5 years relevant experience in strategy and transformation, demonstrated project management experience in financial institutions
- Excellent data analytics skills with hands-on experience in statistical tools
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, able to produce impactful Powerpoint presentation decks
- Good organising, follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills
