Senior / Assistant Director, Subsidies & Sector Grants Process & Systems Design

Lead the strategy, governance and delivery of integrated grant and subsidy management systems, enhancing access for clients and streamlining grant administration for service providers.

• Support the Director in overseeing the development, implementation and review of existing subsidies and sector grants systems.
• Lead the day-to-day management and governance of grant management systems, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Lead the team to conceptualise consolidation of AIC's subsidies schemes gatekeeping and ordering IT platforms and provide oversight of implementation of improvements for various governance and ordering systems, including legacy systems (eSMF, SES, eCTG, Medifund/FAS systems, TGIF), and WOG system OSG
• Plan the implementation and rollout of new system and platforms, such as the commercial market place (CMP) and the and new Converge Grants System (COGS)
• Drive team on engagement of key and relevant stakeholders on business needs to design and conceptualise AIC's consolidated subsidies schemes gatekeeping and ordering IT platforms, e.g., interfaces with other systems

Job Requirement

• Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Business related field, with at least 10 years of experience in managing IT systems with demonstrated project and team management skills
• Strong team player and interpersonal skills, with the ability and interest to empathise with the concerns of and build relationships with stakeholders
• Able to provide leadership and drive the development of team competencies and develop the officers as professionals
• Business-oriented and the ability to deliver quality service in a fast-paced working environment.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Able to handle uncertainty and ambiguity and conduct analysis bearing in mind business objectives
• Attentive to detail and committed to data accuracy
