What youll do:
- Lead procurement policy, strategy and governance reviews.
- Drive digital procurement initiatives, dashboards and analytics for insights.
- Strengthen cost optimisation, sourcing and contract management through data-driven strategies.
- Standardise good practices and provide expert advice across the procurement cycle.
- Oversee procurement health and highlight anomalies.
What were looking for:
- 10+ years experience in government procurement and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of IM (Procurement & Revenue), GeBIZ and GMC.
- Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable and results-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
