Senior ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT (Food Manufacturer)

Job Scope

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and data entry
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Verify and record bank receipts and payments
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Support payroll processing
• Assist in audit preparation and provide required documents
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Assist in GST return submission and basic compliance reporting

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Autocount accounting software
