Purpose Of The Position
We're building a creative agency for what's next, and we're looking for an AI-native, craft-led Senior Art Director who cares as much about how things are made as how they land.
This is a role for someone who gets genuinely excited about cracking a brief — who thrives in the open, energising space between a blank canvas and a big idea. Someone who thinks in concepts, dreams in visuals, and finds the process of blue-sky ideation just as rewarding as seeing the final piece go live. You are also a maestro at selling and communicating because you know that being able to communicate and convince the crowd that the idea works!
Responsibiliities
Own the creative output
- Lead concept to execution across campaigns, social content, brand storytelling, and digital experiences. You'll be the primary creative voice on key accounts — a trusted partner to clients and a collaborative force internally.
Set the bar
Help elevate the creative standard across the team — through the quality of your work, your point of view, and your platform knowledge. You know what makes content stop the scroll on LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and beyond, and you bring that understanding into every brief.
Push What's Possible
- Explore and introduce new creative approaches — from integrated creatives to experience led designs to technology and AI-powered workflows. You're curious about where the industry is heading and keen to help shape what that looks like for our clients in tech, healthcare, sustainability, and the public sector.
Grow people
- Mentor junior and mid-level creatives with generosity — sharing not just the what, but the thinking behind it. You help build a team that's more confident and capable because you're in it.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years in a senior creative role — agency, production, social, or advertising. You've led projects, presented to clients, and have a portfolio that reflects the breadth of your thinking.
- Expert-level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Fluent in AI as a creative medium, with advanced hands-on experience using tools like Midjourney and Claude to push ideas further and faster.
- Solid working knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX tools.
- Strong and diverse portfolio. Bonus proficiency in mobile content creation apps as well as HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring people along on a creative vision — whether that's a client, a colleague, or a junior team member.
