We are supporting a fintech client in the search for a Senior Art Director (AI Production Designer) to work closely with their Creative Director. This role is highly execution-focused, responsible for bringing creative concepts to life using AI-driven video and imagery, while maintaining a strong foundation in traditional production craft.
You will play a key role in translating scripts, storyboards, and creative direction into polished, production-quality outputs using the latest AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute creative concepts developed by the Creative Director, ensuring high-quality visual output.
- Create AI-generated videos and images with a strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, camera angles, and production techniques.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering to accurately translate creative intent into visual execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and platforms, continuously exploring new capabilities.
- Reverse engineer existing visuals and ideas using AI to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
- Support the Creative Director primarily on execution, while contributing ideas where relevant.
- Bring scripts and storyboards to life, ensuring consistency, craft, and storytelling quality.
Requirements
- Background in traditional production (film, video, advertising, or visual production).
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and production craft.
- Proven hands-on experience with AI creative tools for video and image generation.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills.
- Ability to translate scripts and storyboards into high-quality visual assets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to support a Creative Director's vision.
- 712 years in art direction or visual production, with recent hands-on experience using AI creative tools.
